Employee access management

Considering the safety and rapidity of employees in and out of the peak period, the expressway gate is used instead of the traditional pedestrian gate to ensure the rapid and orderly passage of people, bicycles and electric bicycles; During peak hours, the gate remains open, and employees swipe their cards to pass directly. When they don't swipe their cards, the system will give an audible and visual alarm to remind the security personnel to manage; During off peak hours, the gate is closed, the gate rises after employees swipe their cards, and then falls after people.

Vehicle access

Generally, the principle of wide entry and strict exit is adopted. When entering the plant, as long as there are trucks, they can pass freely; When leaving the factory, different release modes are adopted for different vehicles. After leading the vehicles to identify remotely through RFID, the system will automatically start the brake and leave the factory freely without stopping; After the employee's vehicle swipes the card manually through the IC card, the system will start automatically; Foreign vehicles can leave the factory only after the gate guard checks the certificates and materials and opens the gate manually; In addition, pictures of all vehicles in and out of the system are captured and saved for query and traceability.

Temporary pedestrian and vehicle management

All temporary personnel and vehicles entering and leaving the plant shall apply for temporary access cards at the enterprise certificate processing center with the contact letter of relevant departments; When issuing certificates, the temporary personnel shall be verified for their identity. They can read the second-generation certificate, scan the first-generation certificate, driver's license and other valid certificates. The unlicensed personnel shall take pictures through the camera. After verifying their identity, they shall be issued with paper cards with personnel photos, identity information, validity period and two-dimensional bar code as the entry and exit certificate (scan the bar code to enter the factory); For temporary vehicles, after mortgage certificates, in addition to paper cards, temporary IC cards for entering and leaving the plant can be issued, which can be swiped in and out of the plant.

Certificate handling efficiency management

Material safety management

Firstly, the access authority of vehicles is strictly controlled, and three different types of monitoring objects are set: blacklist, gray list and white list; For vehicles on the blacklist, swipe the card and refuse to pass. At the same time, the system will give an alarm and the security personnel will investigate and deal with it; For grey list vehicles, card swiping will not be affected, but the system will automatically carry out key monitoring; For white list vehicles, swipe the card to pass freely, and the system only carries out ordinary level monitoring;

Secondly, through docking with the enterprise material management system, the authorized vehicle information is associated with the transportation material information. When the vehicle leaves the factory, the security guard needs to manually check and check the list before it can manually open the gate and release through the management software, and the release record is bound with the material information and staff information to prevent fraud;

Thirdly, the system adds abnormal vehicle handling. When an abnormal vehicle appears, the system automatically identifies it and calls out the abnormal vehicle information to prompt the security guard for handling; At the same time, through technical means, the phenomenon of car following at the entrance and exit is solved.
