1、 Determine the scheme. When communicating with the customer, determine the scheme, the width and length of the site, and determine how many machines can be installed. The overall dimension of the vertical three roller brake is 420x330x980 (mm), the overall dimension of the bridge three roller brake is 1200x280x1000 (mm), and the dimension from the three roller brake rod to the chassis is 510mm, that is, the floor area of the vertical three roller brake is 420x (330 + 510), The bridge three roller gate covers an area of 1200X (280 + 510). When determining the type selection, fully consider the gap between the gate machine and the gate rod, the floor area, placement position and wiring (open line or dark line) of each three roller gate. The scheme is determined and the goal is determined. Wait for the three roller gate to arrive at the site.

2、 Locate wiring. According to the previously determined scheme, specify the specific installation size of the three roller gate, and do a good job in the embedded pipe. Leave a 50-100mm gap between the gate machine and the gate machine. The upper cover can be opened to prevent the adjustment and maintenance of the machine. Do not leave a gap. Two 6-8 plastic pipes are embedded between the gate machine and the gate machine. One rubber pipe goes through the power line (strong current) and the other rubber pipe goes through the signal line (weak current), The power line and signal line shall not be run through one rubber hose at the same time, which will affect the communication effect. The embedded pipe shall be 30-40mm above the ground. The vertical three roller brake shall be at the middle bottom of the machine, and the bridge three roller brake shall be at both sides (because the middle bottom of the bridge three roller brake is closed).

3、 Fixed adjustment. The fixed bottom is fixed with 4-m10x100 expansion screw, which can not swing. The whole machine is horizontal and the appearance is consistent as a whole (it is best to pull a straight line with a thin line before fixing, which is consistent in vertical and horizontal directions). The three roll brake and the three roll brake are in series, adjusted one by one, and the straight line can be used normally.
